Andrea Kinney is a thoughtful, smart, and honest realtor. I am writing this from the first house I have ever owned and I would not be doing so were it not for Andrea's care and skill. My family began discussing a move from California to Michigan in early 2022. The sewer scope found some serious concerns. In the blink of an eye, Andrea had a contractor out to create an estimate. What could have been a dealbreaker turned into an opportunity as Andrea guided us through the objection process. She was like a mama bear protective of her cub-buyers and made incredibly helpful recommendations as we navigated next steps. She secured a significant concession on price so that we would be able to make the repairs before moving in. Andrea forever!! As first time homebuyers who are also jaded millennials, we felt hopeless in this house market. Andrea patiently guided us through the process, answering any questions we had (and we had a LOT). We felt so much more knowledgeable and confident with her on our side and although we had obstacles throughout our process (absolutely none of which were her fault and one even involved township issues), Andrea guided and steered us through them, always looking out for us. She made calls on our behalf and would quickly report back on her findings and research. When our inspection recommended other specialists look at the house, she sprang into action and was able to book people to come out immediately, after calling a bunch of places. When our sewer scope technician couldn't get the manhole in the street open, Andrea tried as well, banging at the manhole in the street! She's fearless. When we wanted to see a house, Andrea would get us in immediately, which is imperative in this house market and area. We felt like we were her only clients as Andrea invests so much into her work and has her clients' best interests at heart. If us jaded millennials can find a home in 2021, you can too. Andrea is amazing! I don't know how we would have navigated the home buying process without her. She was so patient with us, always on time, and made our $100,000 purchase feel just as important as a $1,000,000 purchase. I couldn't believe how efficient she was.
