What could have been a dealbreaker turned into an opportunity as Andrea guided us through the objection process. She was like a mama bear protective of her cub-buyers and made incredibly helpful recommendations as we navigated next steps. She secured a significant concession on price so that we would be able to make the repairs before moving in.
